Pryor Brown Towers

Situated in Downtown Knoxville off of Gay Street, Pryor Brown Towers is located at the site of the abandoned Pryor Brown Garage. The project aims to restore the garage and re-utilise it for parking on the site as well as expand with increased program. Pryor Brown Towers brings nature into downtown and revitalizes a corner with potential to provide for the community more than the site currently does. The building features restaurants, breweries, hotel, event space, fitness center, office space and apartments. The studio began with exploring methods of prefabrication, modular design and 3D printing methods. These methods are brought back in within staircases, building cores and apartment standards of design.
